Before your consultation you will be asked to complete a questionnaire concerning your symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle and health history, as well as a short food diary. The information you supply will be expanded on in your initial consultation, which will last around 60 minutes.

Following your consultation, you will be provided with a detailed report containing comprehensive and personalised dietary and supplement suggestions, as well as some recipes and suggestions for further reading.  In order to evaluate your progress and modify your treatment plan where necessary, a follow-up consultation is recommended after you have been following your programme for approximately four weeks. Follow-up consultations last approximately 30-45 minutes.An initial consultation is priced at £60, follow-ups are £30.


I practise from Hove, East Sussex, handily placed for residents of Brighton, Eastbourne, Worthing and the surrounding areas and a direct train journey from London Victoria.  Alternatively, if you live outside the Sussex area, why not arrange a postal, email or telephone consultation? These work well for clients who are not local, and have the bonus of being easily fitted around your work and lifestyle commitments. Once you have returned this back to me, I will arrange a suitable time and date for you to call me for a phone consultation which will last up to 60 minutes.

Every case is different but I may suggest one or more biochemical tests which may be helpful to determine more about your body's current state of health, imbalances and mineral imbalances.  A number of tests are available, such as hormone tests, thyroid tests, detoxification profiles and adrenal tests.  Tests can be ordered separately from, or in conjunction with a full consultation.
