Wonderful sprouts!

As a nutritionist I'm forever advising customers to try sprouting.   Its an incredibly easy, fun way to produce nutritious, great tasting sprouts in as little as three days.   You can sprout alfalfa, broccoli seeds, sunflower seeds, mung beans and many more.   Sprouts are packed with nutrients and very versatile.

Sprouts contains an abundance of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and enzymes, all necessary for the body to function well. Sprouts are very inexpensive and totally fresh, as they grow until you eat them!

Sprouting at home takes only a few seconds a day, and the whole process takes only 4 to 6 days.

Common seeds for sprouting include alfalfa, fenugreek, lentils, peas, radish, and red clover. Mung beans have been sprouted in Asia for thousands of years. Other less common seeds include cabbage, broccoli, garbanzos, mustard seed, and quinoa.

Use sprouts in salads, omelettes, soups, stews, and so on.

Biosnacky  3 Tier Sprouter

A practical three-tier sprouting system which is easy to use at a competitive price. The sprouting system allows good air circulation to prevent seeds going mouldy.   Just spread your seeds evenly on the trays and water from the top.   The water then rinses and drains through each layer of sprouts to the reservoir at the bottom.
